THEMED RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITIES

Many of Tim’s creative ideas were compiled over the course of his travels during his Professional Baseball Career.

In any limited free time, both in the US and abroad, Tim took notes and pictures of architectural styles and places that moved him. As you can see in each of his Residential Communities, a theme was the over- riding factor in preserving a rural identity.

Whether it was matching the exterior building material of a project’s amenities to an existing historical residence or highlighting the history of a family, each theme allowed Tim to utilize the improvements necessary to tell a story…
